Ending your membership: If you decide to leave the Nest, we require a 60-day notice. This allows you to continue enjoying the studio and utilizing any remaining rental credits during this period. After the 60 days, your membership will officially end, ensuring a smooth transition for both parties.

Is there a dressing room? What about a restroom?
We have a dedicated client dressing room in the studio, and an all-gender restroom just down the hall.
What's the parking situation?
There is a small lot behind the building that gets full quickly, but there’s also ample free street parking on Stinson and across the street on a side street. We’ll walk you through it before you tour!
Is the studio sound proof?
Because we are in an old building (est. 1922) and the building itself is not soundproof, we are not able to guarantee control of sound throughout the day. Most days, the building is very quiet.
Is Nest Studios wheelchair accessible?
Unfortunately, the building we are in (The Foundry) is not ADA accessible. We apologize for any inconveniences this may cause.
Can I store my gear?
Yes! For $50/month, you can securely store things upstairs, where we have a loft with key code. Otherwise, we have a ground-level storage room (behind a curtain).
Do you require proof of insurance for members?
No, but we strongly recommend it to protect yourself from liability/damages. Upon joining or renting from Nest, you must sign a liability release that releases Nest Studios and its building of any liability and holds you accountable for any damages to our property.
Do I need to clean the studio after my reservation?
We completely understand that accidents happen and messes can be made. After you use the studio, we ask that you tidy up any props and if needed, sweep up the space quick. This is our nest :)
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Absolutely in love with this space! They have done an incredible job of combining shoot space with areas for co-working. Recently hosted a couples session in the studio and Kyle made the process so easy. Parking and access to the building and studio were a breeze. The various options in the studio for backdrops made the session so dynamic!
